摘　　要：目的观察针刺大鼠胃经沿线脂肪条带结构是否具有特异富集针刺镇痛效应物质的作用。方法针刺大鼠单侧"后三里"穴,将针刺侧及未针刺侧胃经沿线脂肪条带结构和脂肪条带结构上皮肤、条带旁肌组织、脑组织、肾上腺提取物以及血清等分别接种于同种异体大鼠,测量受体鼠接种前后痛阈值。结果接种针刺侧胃经沿线脂肪条带结构提取物及血清后,受体鼠出现类似针刺镇痛效应。接种其它部位组织提取物后,受体鼠的痛阈未出现有意义的变化。结论针刺侧大鼠胃络沿线脂肪条带结构具有特异富集针刺镇痛因子的作用。Objective To observe the acupuncture analgesia substance enriched in the fat strip structure.Methods A rat selected as a donor was acupunctured Housanli（ST36）,and its tissue extracts were inoculated to one of the homogeneous variant,including its fat strip structure along stomach meridian of acupunctured and un-acupunctured side,skin upon the fat strip structure,muscle tissues beside the fat strip structure,brain,serum,and the extract from adrenal gland.The pain thresholds before and after inoculation were measured.Results The analgesic effect was present in rats inoculated with the extract from the fat strip structure and serum.But the pain thresholds were not significantly different in rats inoculated with other tissue extracts from before inoculation.Conclusion The fat strip structure along the stomach meridian in the acupunctured side is enriched acupuncture analgesia substance in rats.
