摘　　要：乳腺癌的发生、发展是一个复杂的过程,涉及多种基因的改变。随着越来越多的乳腺癌相关基因被确认,基因治疗成为乳腺癌治疗的一个新途径和研究热点。乳腺癌基因治疗的方法主要有癌基因治疗、抑癌基因治疗、免疫基因治疗、多药耐药基因治疗、自杀基因治疗、抗血管生成治疗、miRNA治疗、联合基因治疗等。The occurance and development of breast cancer are complex processes,involing several genes＇change.Along with the confirmation of more and more related breast cancer genes,gene therapy becomes a new way and the research focus of breast cancer＇s therapy.The methods of breast cancer＇s gene therapy mainly include oncogene therapy,anti-oncogene therapy,immune gene therapy,multidrug resistance gene therapy,suicide gene therapy,anti-angiogenic gene therapy,miRNA therapy,combined gene therapy,and so on.
