摘  要:本论文通过苯酚、甲醛与胺类化合物(二乙胺、三乙胺、二乙烯三胺)反应,得到阴离子性的酚醛树脂,并将改性的酚醛树脂作为造纸增强剂应用在抄纸过程中。试验结果表明,二乙烯三胺改性的酚醛树脂的增强效果要优于其它两种胺类化合物;单独加入改性酚醛树脂的增强效果不明显,当和阳离子淀粉同时使用时,抗张指数和环压指数有很大的提高,其中,当改性酚醛树脂和阳离子淀粉的用量均为1.0%(对绝干浆)时,抗张指数和环压指数分别增加了32.81%和29.29%;通过正交试验,对改性酚醛树脂的条件进行了优化,最终确定了最佳的改性条件(即甲醛用量10.95g,二乙烯三胺用量0.30g,最高温度95~105℃,总反应时间2.5h),并在最佳条件下合成出性能稳定、水溶性的酚醛树脂;通过应用试验,得出改性酚醛树脂和阳离子淀粉的最佳用量分别为0.3%和0.7%。An anionic phenol- formaldehyde resin (APFR) synthesized by phenol, formaldehyde and some amine compound such as diethylamine, triethylamine and diethylene triamine was studied in this paper, and the modified phenol -formaldehyde resin (MPFR) was used in papermaking process as an strongthener. The trial result showed that the effect of the PFR which modified by diethylene triamine on strength enhancement was better than that by other amine compound. The strength enhancing performance was not noteworthy if adding the MPFR in corrugating medium alone. Tensile index and ring crush index of the handsheets could be greatly enhanced by using the MPFR and cationic starch together. The polymerization condition of the anionic phenol- formaldehyde resin (APFR) was studied through orthogonal test, and the optimum synthesis conditions (i. e. , the dosage of phenol 18.82g, the dosage of formaldehyde 12.51g, the dosage of diethylene triamine 0.30g, the maximum reaction temperature 95 ~ 105 ~C , and reaction time 2.5h) , and some applicability of the object resin polymer was detected based on the opti- mum processing parameter of the synthesizing APFR. The testing results showed that the stability of the object poly- mer was well enough and the object polymer was water-dispersed. According to the application trial, the optimum dosage of MPFR and cationic starch were 0. 3% and 0.7% respectively, and the tensile index and ring crush index of the corrugating medium increased by 35.28% and 26.50% respectively.
