摘 要:桉木APMP制浆过程中会释放出大量的树脂,从而易导致造纸过程中的树脂障碍问题。本文研究了树脂控制剂UD-1脱除桉木APMP浆树脂的工艺,重点探讨UD-1用量、浆料浓度、温度、pH值等因素对树脂脱除效果的影响。同时,通过分析添加UD-1前后纸浆中树脂粒径和黏度的变化,进一步解释UD-1的作用机理。研究结果表明,UD-1脱除桉木APMP浆的最佳工艺条件为:UD-1用量0.1%,温度60℃,pH值6.5-7.0,处理时间60min。在该条件下桉木APMP浆中树脂的去除率为64%,达到了较好的树脂脱除效果。There are a large number of pitch released in the eucalyptus APMP pulping process, which will result in pitch deposits. This paper is mainly focused on discuss the effects of dosage of pitch contral agent, slurry ooneentraction, temperature, pH value on the removal of pitch during the pitch romoving process by using pitch control agent UD - 1. Moreover, the changes of panicle size and viscosity of the picth in the pulp before and after addition of pitch control agent UD - 1 was also disscussed to further reveal the pitch removal mechanism by using UD - 1, The results show that the optimum conditions of using UD - 1 to control the pitch in APMP of eucalyptus are: UD - 1 dosage 0.06% , temperature 80℃, pH value 6.5 - 7.0, and the process time 60 min. Under these optimal condition, the pitch removal rate of eucalyptus APMP is 64%, which shows significant pitch removal effects.
