摘 要:目的探讨偏头痛患者在发作期和间歇期通过经颅超声多普勒(transcranial doppler,TCD)检测的颅内动脉平均血流速度(Vm)和脉动指数(PI)的变化特点,从而明确偏头痛的血流动力学的特征。方法选取139例偏头痛患者为病例组,50例健康正常人为对照组,分别对病例组发作期、间歇期和对照组进行TCD检查并分析其指标。结果病例组发作期颅内动脉的Vm值变化不一致,PI值普遍显著增高(P<0.05);间歇期的Vm值普遍显著增快,PI值显著降低(P<0.05)。结论偏头痛在发作期和间歇期颅内动脉的功能状态都有不同改变,运用TCD检测可为偏头痛提供诊断和指导治疗的重要依据。Objective To explore the changing characters for the cranial arteries′ Vm and PI of the migraineurs during attacking and intermittent periods by TCD so that identify hemodynamic features of migraine.Methods Selected 139 migraineurs as a case group and 50 healthy persons as a control group,and examined the case group during attacking and intermittent periods and the control group by TCD to analyse the index.Results There was disparity among the Vm for different cranial arteries in the case group during attacking period but the PI generally ascended(P0.05);the Vm generally increased and PI descended during intermittent period(P0.05).Conclusion There were different changes for the functional status of the cranial arteries during attacking and intermittent periods in migraineurs.TCD can supply important evidence for the migraine′s diagnosis and therapy guidance.
