摘 要:采用不同预处理pH值对杨木硫酸盐浆进行了木聚糖酶漂白预处理。实验结果显示,AU系列木聚糖酶比较适于杨木硫酸盐浆漂白预处理。木聚糖酶AU-1最佳预处理pH值为7,此条件下漂白浆白度为78.1%ISO,与未经过预处理的漂白浆相比,纸浆白度提高1.8%ISO;木聚糖酶AU-2最佳预处理pH值为8,此条件下漂白浆白度为77.6%ISO,白度提高1.1%ISO;木聚糖酶AU-3的最佳处理pH值为8,此时纸浆的白度高达78.9%ISO,白度提高2.4%ISO。木聚糖酶AU-PE89的最佳处理pH值为7,此时纸浆的白度高达79.5%ISO,白度提高2.7%ISO。AU-3和AU-PE89木聚糖酶助漂效果好于AU-1和AU-2木聚糖酶。AU系列木聚糖酶预处理可改善纸浆漂白性能,减轻漂白污染。Pretreatment of poplar kraft pulp by xylanases before bleaching in different pH value were studied. The results showed that AU xylanases were suitable for the pretreatment of poplar kraft pulp.The brightness of bleached pulp was 78.1%ISO when the optimal pretreating pH value of AU-1 xylanase was 7, an increase of 1.8%ISO than that of non-pretreated pulp.The optimal pretreating pH value of AU-2 xylanase were 8 in which the brightness of bleached pulp was78.1%ISO, an increase of 1.0 %ISO than that of non-pretreated pulp. The optimal pH value of AU-3 xylanase pretreating was 8 in which the brightness of bleached pulp reached to 78.9%ISO, an increase of 2.4%ISO than that of non-pretreated pulp. The optimal pH value of AU-PE89 xylanase pretreating was 7 in which the brightness of bleached pulp reached to 79.5%ISO, an increase of 2.7%ISO than that of non-pretreated pulp.Bleach boosting effects of AU-3511AU- PE89 xylanases were better than that of AU-1和AU-2 xylanases. Pretreatment of poplar kraft pulp by AU xylanases can improve pulp bleachability, and decrease bleaching pollution.
