摘　　要：英格兰特有的司法制度环境不仅在中世纪早期就形成一批以法律为职业的法律人,而且在发展过程中逐渐呈现出同质化、一体化趋势,并最终形成一个统一的职业共同体。中世纪英格兰法律职业共同体的形成不仅使普通法得以维系与发展,而且使法律至上的宪政观念在英格兰得以保持和发扬。Back at the early Mid-ages, the special judiciary environment in England had helped with the occurrence of law professionals, and as time passed, they tended to get more and more integral and finally into a law professional common community. The formation of this law community in Mid Ages England not only enabled the common law to have survived, but had helped with the continuance of the constitutional concept that law is supreme.
