果翅和盐分对高枝假木贼种子萌发的影响

摘　　要：对温度、光暗条件、果翅和盐分对高枝假木贼种子萌发的影响进行了研究。结果表明,高枝假木贼种子萌发对光不敏感;不同温变周期下都有较高的萌发率;果翅对种子的萌发具有机械抑制作用,去除翅可以明显促进种子的萌发;种子的萌发率随着盐分浓度的增高而降低,在大于1.2 mol/L的NaCl溶液中的萌发受到抑制。将在盐溶液中处理（15 d）过未萌发的种子转移至蒸馏水后,萌发恢复率低（16%~30%）,表明NaCl处理后的部分种子永久地失去萌发活力。The essay mainly studies the influence of temprature,light condition,wings and salinity on the germination of the seeds of Anabasis elatior.The result shows that the seeds of Anabasis elatior can germinate in light or in darkness;The seeds of Anabasis elation have higher percentage of germination in different thermoperiods;Winged perianths have the influence of mechanical inhibition on germination of the seeds;The germination percentage will decrease when the salinity concentration increases,the germination will be inhibited when the concentration of NaCl solution exceeds 1.2 mol/L.When the incubated seeds treated in NaCl solution were transferred to distilled,the recovery rate of the germination was low（16%-30%）,the results shows that a portion of the NaCl-treated seeds may lose their ability to germinate.
