超声乳化治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声乳化治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析收治的52例56眼闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者的病例资料,所有患者均使用白内障超声乳化吸除或白内障超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术进行治疗。并观察患者术前、术后的眼压、视力、房角形态等项目。结果:所有患者无一例发生并发症及后遗症。术前与术后各项指标对比结果显示,术后患者的视力、眼压、眼房角开放程度均得到了明显的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:白内障超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障疗效肯定。术中应注意若房角关闭<180o,只做白内障摘除术即可。切口密封要严密避免出现术后并发症。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification applied to the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma and cataract. Methods A retrospective analysis of the data of 52 cases for 56 treated in our hospital,all patients were conducted by cataract phacoemulsification removement or that combined with goniosynechialysis treatment.And observe the projects such as the intraocular pressure,visual acuity,angle＇s shape before the surgery and afterwards.Results All patients had no complication or sequelae.Preoperative and postoperative,by comparison of the indicators,it showed that the patients＇visual acuity,intraocular pressure,and eye-angle opening degree has been significantly improved,the difference has a statistically significance（P0.001）.Conclusion It can be affirmed of the phacoemulsification cataract combined with angle separation in treating angle closure glaucoma and cataract.During the surgery,attention,only to cataract surgery when the angle-closure is under 180°.The incision should be tightly sealed in order to avoid postoperative complications.
