摘　　要：近年来我国服务外包产业取得了蓬勃发展,承接日本的信息技术外包(ITO)项目已经成为我国这一新兴产业的重要组成部分。通过对日本软件服务外包的历史、一般开发流程、开发的分类、软件外包的目的、现状与前景的介绍,旨在给出日本软件服务外包的概观,归纳日本软件服务外包所急需的技能,为高等职业教育中信息技术外包方向的专业设置提供借鉴。The service outsourcing industry of our country has made great progress during recent years, and undertaking the information technology outsourcing （ITO） project from Japan has become an important part in this new industry. This article makes a brief introduction to the history, normal development process, classification, purpose, current situation and the prospect of software outsourcing in Japan aiming to get an overview of ITO in Japan, find out the skills in the software outsourcing of Japan and provide us references on the ITO related specialty setup in higher vocational education.
