摘　　要：加强高校学生党支部建设的关键在于党支部书记队伍的建设。坚持"有德、有志、有识、有为"的选人标准,以"号召力强、凝聚力强、战斗力强"为目标导向,诉求"思想政治好、学习成绩好、工作能力好、模范带头好、服务同学好"的能力素质,对加强学生党支部书记队伍建设,深入开展创先争优活动具有重要的实践意义。Construction of college student party branch secretary is the key to strengthen the building of college student party branch.It is of important practical significance for the construction of college student branch party secretary and the compaign of ＂excelling in their performances＂ to adhere to the selection criteria of ＂being virtuous,aspiring,knowledgeable,contributive＂,based on ＂powerful charisma,cohesion and efficiency＂,appeals to the qualification of ＂being excellent in ideology and politics,academic performance,service ability,leading role and service to students＂.
