摘　　要：职业能力是指个体完成一定职业任务所必备的一系列稳定的能力特征和素质的总和。职业能力是高职生成功就业的重要条件。作为技能型高级人才,高职生应具备的职业能力应包括职业认知能力、职业技能、职业品质、职业适应能力。其中,职业认知能力是形成职业能力的前提,职业技能是形成职业能力的基础,职业品质是形成职业能力的核心,职业适应能力是形成职业能力的关键。Career capability refers to a series of stable characters that should be equipped with, when a person completes a certain vocational task, and the sum of quality. In this case, it is an important condition for the career success of higher vocational students. As the technique-based high level talents, those higher vocational students should be equipped with career capability, including career cognitive ability, vocational skill, career quality and adaptability. Among them, in the process of career capability, career cognitive ability is the premise, the vocational skill is the foundational part, career quality is the core and adaptability and the adaptability is the key.
