摘　　要：增强责任心,这是党对我们每一位劳动者的一贯要求,也是我们每一位劳动者应当具备的基本素质。图书馆员也不例外。然而在实际工作中,特别是在当前时期,馆员责任心缺位问题严重。这在一定程度上影响了图书馆的正常运行,极不利于图书馆事业持续健康和谐发展。文章在剖析图书馆员责任心缺位的具体体现和原因的基础上,提出图书馆员责任心回归策略。Enhancing the sense of responsibility is the consistent requirement and basic labor quality for labor workers including librarians. However, in practical work ,lack of librarian＇s responsibility is very serious especially in the current period. This problem will affect library normal work and life seriously, then library development sustain ably and healthfully. This paper analyzes expression and reasons of responsibility lack ,and proposes the return policy of librarians＂ responsibility.
