摘  要:简述了基于"暗"像元和波段反射率比值关系的遥感反演区域能见度的原理和算法流程,以2010年获取的11景WRS 119/038幅江苏省太湖流域Landsat-7 ETM影像为数据源,在FLAASH大气校正软件中,开展了基于卫星遥感影像的区域能见度信息提取试验,并与30个地面空气自动监测站的PM10和1个能见度自动监测站数据进行了对比。结果表明,在稳定的天气系统和晴朗无云、少云条件下,卫星遥感反演能见度与地面空气质量自动监测结果有很好的一致性,遥感技术可以在区域灰霾的大尺度监测预警中发挥重要的作用。The scene visibility retrieval method based on dark pixels and band ratio was discussed and the flow of the algorithm was presented.Under the support of atmospheric correction software FLAASH,the scene visibility retrieval experiment were conducted on 11 Landsat-7 ETM images acquired in year 2010 which had path/row ID of WRS 119/038 and covered the southern Jiangsu province,the retrieved scene visibility data were then compared with PM10 concentration acquired by 30 ambient air quality monitoring stations and the visibility data acquired by a ground visibility monitoring station within the scene.The results revealed that visibility retrieved from satellite remote sensing had very satisfying agreement with the ground air quality monitoring data,hence has great value in routine operation.It was expected that remote sensing technology could play a more important role in the surveillance and monitoring of large scale regional haze.
