高校在我国经济社会发展中的文化使命

摘　　要：转型发展需要扎实的文化根基,高校作为文明传承、知识创新和人才培养的重要阵地,在推进转型发展中承担着重要的文化使命,包括整合多元文化、传承和谐文化、建设先进文化、实施人文教化等内容。整合多元文化要牢固树立意识形态指导思想一元性和高校文化建设多样性的理念;传承和谐文化要发挥和谐文化在思想道德教育、促进个性发展、凝聚激励人心等方面的功能,使和谐文化成为转型发展中最积极、最活跃的文化组成部分;建设先进文化要使高校发挥社会主义先进文化"孵化器"的重要功能;实施人文教化为转型发展提供人才支持。The transformational development of Shanxi needs a strong cultural foundation. As an important front for inheriting civilization, innovating in knowledge and training talent, universities bear the important responsibility for integrating muhicultures, inheriting harmonious culture, developing advanced culture and conducting humanistic education. In integrating muhicuhures, it is necessary to foster the c〈mcept of the centralized guiding ideology and the variety of university cuhure. In inheriting harmonious culture, we should make the cuhure perform its function in ideological and ethic education, development of individuality and coherence of popular feelings. In developing advanced cuhure, universities play a role as a hatcher of socialist culture. Universities train talent for transformational development of Shanxi by conducting humanistic education.
