摘　　要：目的分析恶性蝾螈瘤(malignant triton tumor,MTT)的临床特点。方法结合1例具体病例的临床资料,同时复习相关文献,对恶性蝾螈瘤的临床特点进行分析总结。结果本文报道的1例恶性蝾螈瘤为女性患儿,6个月;查体示左腹股沟质中、固定、无压痛、直径约3.0cm肿块;术中见肿块包膜完整,表面毛细血管丰富,切面呈鱼肉状;病理学确诊为恶性蝾螈瘤。结论恶性蝾螈瘤是指含有横纹肌肉瘤成分的恶性神经鞘瘤,恶性程度高,极易复发和转移,愈后极差,临床罕见。Objective To analyse Clinical Features of malignant triton tumor （MTT）. Methods Clinical characteristics of MTT were analyzed and summarized using the clinical data of one case in our hospital and other published literatures. Results A 6 - month - old girl was found an approximate 3 - centimeter - diameter mass in her left groin and it was medium texture, fixed and no tenderness. Operation showed that the mass had complete capsule, abundant capillaries and fish flesh appearance in the cut surface. Pathological diagnosis was malignant triton tumor. Conclusion MTT refers to the malignant schwannoma containing rhabdomyosarcoma composition with the clinical characteristics of highly malignant, vulnerable to recurrence and metastasis and poor prognosis.
