摘 要:连铸生产过程与状态的实时跟踪记录,对提高钢厂生产效率与铸坯产品质量非常重要,但由于连铸过程的复杂性和不确定性,很难建立精确的数学模型来对连铸的生产条件、生产状态进行有效的分析。采用带抑止弧的P赋时有色Petri Net,建立了连铸前钢包炉次传递模型和连铸中钢坯状态跟踪模型,并对生产条件与状态进行了简单有效的分析。结合模型分析结果与采用GE的Proficy HMI/SCADA-iFIX软件现场实时采集的生产数据,在Visual Studio平台中开发出一套完整的钢铁连铸铸坯信息跟踪系统。It is very important to improve the billet quality and production efficiency through tracing the continuous casting process and state in real time. Owing to the complexity and uncertainty of the continuous casting process, it is unable to establish a precise mathematical model to analyse the production conditions and the production state effectively. In this paper, the steel pack's transfer model and the status of billet product's tracing model are established by using the P timed colored Petri Net to analyse the production condition and state simply. A steel continuous casting billet information tracking system that combined the analysis results and the data collected by GE's Proficy HMI / SCADA-iFIX had been developed in the Visual Studio platform. The system has been successfully applied to a steel plant.
