摘 要:目前,北京农民生活已达到富裕水平,处于全国前列。分析发现,随着收入的增长,农民对粮食、蔬菜的消费需求呈下降趋势,而植物油、猪牛羊肉、禽肉、蛋类和水产品的需求大大增加。与城镇居民相比,北京农村居民人均食物消费支出远低于城镇居民,在外饮食消费少,动力不足。通过改善农村消费环境、增加农民收入、加快城镇化进可将大大提高农村居民食物消费水平。The life of rural residents in Beijing have accessed to well-off stage.This paper found that as income rise,grain and vegetables demands showed a downward trend,vegetable oil,pork,beef,mutton,poultry meat,eggs and aquatic products demands increased significantly.Compared with urban residents,food consumption expenditure of rural residents in Beijing was poorer,consumption away from home was less,consumption motion was inadequate.By improving the consumption environment,increasing income and accelerating the urbanization process would greatly improve food consumption level of rural residents.
