摘　　要：针对生物质气化过程是一个具有非线性、非最小相位特征、不稳定性、大时滞和负荷干扰特点的动态过程,提出了一种生物质气化炉的模糊免疫PID—P串级控制方法。内环采用P控制器,以快速消除外界负荷干扰带来的不稳定波动,外环采用模糊免疫PID控制器,以保证气化炉气温及烟气含氧量稳定在给定值。仿真结果表明了模糊免疫PID—P串级控制方法的有效性和优越性。In view of biomass gasify process which has nonlinear, non - minimum - phase, big delay and strong load interference characteristics, a fuzzy immune PID -P cascade control method for biomass gasifier is presented. In which P controller is used in the inner loop to quickly eliminate instability fluctuations of outer load disturbance; fuzzy immune PID controller is used in the outer loop to keep the temperature and flue gas oxygen content at the set point. The results showed the effectiveness and superiority of the method.
