摘　　要：二战后在印尼当局的强迫规划政策下,华校教师的数量迅速减少;到了苏哈托统治时期,华校被禁止开办,华校教师也消失殆尽;从90年代开始,华校的师资才又逐渐复苏。尤其是近几年来,在中印两国政府的共同努力下,通过多种途径大力发展了华校师资。After World War II in Indonesia,the teacher＇s number of Chinese school quickly reduced because of the authorities＇ planning policy.Chinese schools are prohibited to open and have almost disappeared in Suharto＇s rule.From the 1990＇s,the teacher resource has gradually recovered.Especially in recent years,teacher resource has been expanded through various channels by the government of China and India.
