针刺配合灸法治疗慢性疲劳综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺配合灸法治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法:20例慢性疲劳综合征患者,针刺腧穴气海、关元、天枢、足三里,同时灸下丹田。结果:临床治愈35.0%,显效45.0%,有效15.0%,无效5.0%,有效率95.0%。结论:针刺配合下丹田灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of using acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.Methods：20 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome were acupunctured the following acupoints,Qihai,Guanyuan,Tianshu,Zusanli,in conjunction with moxibustion of the lower Dantian.Results：The clinical curative rate was 35.0%;effective rate,45.0%;efficiency rate,15%;ineffective rate,5% and the total effective rate was 95.0%.Conclusion：Using acupuncture and moxibustion of Lower Dantian in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome is an effective method.
