摘  要:目的研究雄性"肾阳虚"亚健康大鼠模型,为调理男性肾阳虚亚健康找寻科学配方。方法控制用药剂量及灌胃时间,用维生素B4建立雄性"肾阳虚"亚健康大鼠模型,检测腺垂体-睾丸轴激素、氧化损伤因子及抗氧化损伤因子、睾丸组织微细结构作为判断亚健康组织学依据。结果与正常大鼠相比较,模型大鼠血清FSH、LH、T均降低,均有统计学意义;模型大鼠血清SOD下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MDA增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);模型大鼠睾丸组织曲细精管规则,管腔变大,精子尾部有融合现象,生精细胞层次减少,排列较紊乱,出现空泡现象。结论运用维生素B4建立的雄性"肾阳虚"亚健康大鼠模型成功。Objective To explore the sub-health model of male Kidney-yang deficiency in rats and look for a method for regulation of male Kidney-yang deficiency in human.Method Vitamin B4 was used to set up the sub-health rats model of male Kidney-yang deficiency,the level of anterior pituitary-testiculus axle hormone,the content of oxidative damage factors and anti-oxidative damage factors,the fine structure of testicle tissue were detected to measure histological baseness in sub-health condition.Result Compared with normal rats,the levels of FSH,LH,T and SOD were decreased(P0.05),and content of MDA was increased(P0.01).the seminiferous tubule structure of testicle tissue was neat but lumen was expanded.There were the part-fusing in sperm tail,spermatogenic cell-staging decreased,ranged abnormal and existed the vacuolus.Conclusion Vitamin B4 can be used to establish the sub-health model.
