复方苦参注射液联合TP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效与不良反应。方法 62例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组：紫杉醇135 mg/m^2,d1,静滴;顺铂30 mg/m^2,d1-3,静滴（TP方案）。治疗组：复方苦参注射液联合TP方案,两组病例的临床资料具有可比性。均每21 d为1个治疗周期,3个周期为1疗程。结果两组患者中,治疗组在近期疗效、卡氏评分、控制疼痛及不良反应等方面都优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 TP方案联合中药复方苦参注射液治疗非小细胞肺癌具有较好的耐受性和安全性,近期疗效等优于对照组。Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse reaction of FufangKushen（Compound Radix Sophorae Flaves Centis） injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Sixty-two patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into control group of 30 patients：treated with paclitaxel 135 mg/m2,d1,iv gtt;cisplatin 30 mg/m2,d1-3 iv gtt（TP regimen） and treatment group of 32 cases：treated with FufangKushen injection combined with TP regimen,the clinical data of two groups were comparable.For both groups,every 21 days constituted a treatment cycle and 3 cycles constituted 1 course of treatment.Results The short-term efficacy,Karnofsky score,pain control and adverse effects in treatment group were superior to those in the control group,P0.05.Conclusion TP regimen combined with traditional Chinese medicine FufangKushen injection in treating non-small cell lung cancer has good tolerance and safety,the short-term curative effect was superior to the control group.
