口服凝血酶治疗上消化道出血176例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评估凝血酶在上消化道出血时的疗效。方法将176例上消化道出血的病人随机分成采用治疗组和对照组。观察两组患者的总有效率、症状体征改善情况及副作用。结果治疗组总有效率93.75%,对照组总有效率71.24%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论 口服凝血酶止血在治疗上消化道出血方面安全有效,值得推广使用。Objective To assess the efficacy of thrombin in upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods One hundred and seventy-six patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group and were observed in terms of the total efficiency,improvement of symptoms and signs and side effects in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Results The total efficiency rate was 93.75% in the treatment group,and 71.24% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.and no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Thrombin was safe and effective drugs in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and is worth introducing.
