摘  要:提出一种新的透射衍射时差法超声无损检测方法,阐述了透射衍射时差法超声无损检测的原理,结合透射衍射时差法超声图像特点,应用一种快速、有效的改进型中值滤波算法,对实验试件进行了检测,实验结果表明本方法噪声抑制性强,避免了传统衍射时差法检测效率低、操作难度大、适用范围小和检测盲区深的缺点。A new ultrasonic non-destructive testing method was presented, which is based on transmission diffraction time difference method, and its principle was described. Combined with the ultrasonic image characteristics of transmission diffraction time difference method,a fast and effective improved median filtering algorithm was applied to test experimental parts. Results show that the present method can give strong noise suppression and prevent the faults of traditional diffraction time difference method, such as low detection efficiency, large operation difficulty, swall applicability and deep blind area.
