摘  要:以盐生植物紫花苜蓿籽为原料,采用两种有机溶剂—无水乙醚和正己烷对紫花苜蓿籽进行提油的工艺研究。通过正交试验确定了正己烷为最佳提取溶剂,最佳条件为提取温度90℃,提取时间4h,料液比1∶16,此条件下的出油率为11.68%。提出的籽油中含有亚油酸15.75%,油酸12.45%,亚麻酸12.20%,硬脂酸20.52%和棕榈酸10.83%。本研究又对苜蓿籽油的理化性质进行了研究,结果表明,溶剂法浸提紫花苜蓿籽油工艺可行,产品对人体具有较高的营养保健作用。Abstract: In this experiment alfalfa seeds was used as raw material, two organic solvents anhydrous ether and nhexane were used in the extraction of alfalfa seed oil. Studies showed that n-hexane was chosen as the best solvent. The optimal conditions were as follows : temperature 90 ℃, extraction time 4 hours and the ratio of seed and solvent as 1:16, which led to the optimized extraction ratio 11.68 %, and linoleic acid 15.75 %, oleic acid 12.45 %, linonenic acid 12.20 %, stearic acid 20.52 %, palmitic acid 10.83 % were contained in the extracted oil. In this paper, the physical and chemical properties of the alfalfa seed oil were studied. The results showed that the solvent extraction oil from alfalfa seed was feasible and the product had important functions for human health.
