摘 要:介绍采用微波消解法处理样品、运用原子荧光法测定食品添加剂羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)中砷含量的方法。结果:检出限为0.017μg/L,砷的质量浓度在0~20μg/L范围内,回归方程为y:=146.943x+45.812,r=0.9995。平均回收率为98.7%,RSD为2.9%。此方法线性关系良好,检出限低,准确度高,精密度和再现性好,能够快速准确地检测出食品添加剂中砷的含量,满足食品添加剂羧甲基纤维素钠进出口检测工作的要求。This article describes the method of the determination of arsenic in food addictive sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), using an atomic fluorescence spectrometry after the samples were digested by microwave digestion. The detection limit was 0. 017 μg/L, concentration of arsenic in the range of (0-20) μg/L, and the regression equation being y=146.943x+45.812, r=0.999 5. The recovery was 98.7 %, with RSD of 2.9 %. This method shows the good linear relationship, lower limit, high accuracy and good precision. Arsenic in CMC can be determined fast and accurately by atomic fluorescence spectrometry, and the method can meet the requirement of determining arsenic in CMC in the work of import and export inspection.
