摘  要:双组分水性聚氨酯涂料主要由水性羟基组分(A组分)和多异氰酸酯组分(B组分)构成。以丙烯酸乳胶多元醇为A组分,以亲水改性HDI三聚体为B组分,将两者混合固化成膜,得到了双组分水性聚氨酯涂膜。在这一过程中,考察了A组分的组成和结构以及A,B组分的混合配比对最终涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:当羟基含量为2.3%,软硬单体比为1:1,多异氰酸酯固化剂与羟基树脂的-NCO:-OH为1.2~1.4时,所得的涂膜性能良好。最后将该涂膜与双组份溶剂型聚氨酯涂膜进行了性能比较,结果表明其综合性能接近相应的双组分溶剂型聚氨酯涂膜,但其VOC含量只有后者的40%,符合环保要求,因此具有较好的应用前景。Two-component waterborne polyurethane coatings mainly comprise of polyols and polyisocyanates.The good 2K-WPU coating films were obtained by mixing acrylic latex polyol as component A with HDI trimer of hydrophilic modification as component B.The effects of components and structures of the polyol and different proportion of the polyol and the polyisocyanate in mixing and film forming stage on the properties of coating films were addressed during the above process.It was shown that the good coating films can be obtained at the following conditions: hydroxyl content 2.3%,the molar ratio of BA/St 1 and the molar ratio of NCO/OH 1.2~1.4.Finally,compared the prepared coatings films with solventborne two-component polyurethane coating films.It was found that the comprehensive properties of the prepared coating films approach the properties of the solventborne coating films,but the content of VOC of the former is only 40% of the latter,meeting the demand of environmental protection.Therefore,it has the good prospect for application.
