摘　　要：弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）化疗耐药的主要原因是细胞耐药。研究表明DLBCL细胞耐药与耐药基因及其耐药相关蛋白、细胞因子、黏附分子有关，并在造血微环境中通过信号转导介导细胞耐药。The chemoresistance of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma （DLBCL） is mainly due to drug resistance. Studies have shown that DLBCL resistance is related to the resistance gene and its resistance- related protein, cytokines, adhesion molecules, which led to drug resistance through signal transduction in the hematopoietic mieroenvironment.
