卡马西平联合中药治疗外伤性癫痫临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨卡马西平联合中药治疗外伤性癫痫的临床效果。方法以132例外伤性癫痫患者作为研究对象,被随机分为实验组和对照组,两组均给予卡马西平治疗,实验组加用中药治疗。结果实验组显效率(x2=6.361,P<0.05)和总有效率(x2=3.880,P<0.05)均显著优于对照组。结论对于外伤性癫痫患者来说,卡马西平配合中药联合治疗,能保证安全性,同时达到更好的临床效果,显著提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of carbamazepine combined with traditional Chinese medicine used for patients with traumatism type of epileptic.Methods 132 cases of patients as studied object were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, both groups were given therapy of carbamazepine, and experimental group was added with therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. Results The excellence rate（x^2=6.361, P0.05） and total effective rate （x^2=3.880, P0.05）in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group. Conclusion For patients with traumatism type of epileptic, carbamazepine combined with traditional Chinese medicine can guarantee the safety, reach up better clinical effect and improve the life quality of patients, so it deserved promotion and complication.
