槐耳颗粒治疗消化系统恶性肿瘤102例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察槐耳颗粒联合化疗对消化系统恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法:将102例有化疗指征的消化系统恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组,治疗组52例给予槐耳颗粒联合化疗,对照组50例单用化疗药物治疗。观察患者在化疗前后的疗效及生活质量的改变。结果:治疗组疗效显著提高,改善患者的生存质量,延长生存期。结论:槐耳颗粒联合化疗是治疗消化系统恶性肿瘤的一种新的有效治疗方案。Objective：To observe the effects of combined chemotherapy with Huaier Granules on digestive system cancer.Methods：102 patients with digestive system cancers and chemotherapy indicator were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group（n=52）received with the combined chemotherapy Huaier Granules and the control group（n=50） received chemotherapy only.To observe the therapeutical effects and quality of life before and after therapy.Results：The therapeutical effects in the treatment group were obviously higher than those in the control group.The former could improve patients＇quality of life and prolong their existence period.Conclusion：The combined chemotherapy with Huaier Granules is a new effective treatment method for digestive system cancers.
