奥扎格雷、丹红、阿司匹林联合治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察奥扎格雷钠、丹红注射液、阿司匹林(ASA)联合治疗对急性脑梗死的疗效。方法将62例诊断明确的急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,治疗组31例,奥扎格雷钠80mg溶于NS 250mL中ivgtt,qd,丹红注射液30mL溶于NS 250mL中ivgtt,qd,阿司匹林(ASA)0.1g、po、qd;对照组31例,低分子右旋糖酐500mL ivgtt、qd,丹红注射液30mL溶于NS250mL中ivgtt,qd,阿司匹林(ASA)0.1g、po、qd。均以14d为一疗程,按临床神经功能缺损评分标准于治疗前后14d进行疗效评定。结果治疗组总有效率与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠、丹红注射液、阿司匹林联合治疗临床观察疗效满意,且无明显不良反应,治疗急性脑梗死有效。Objective To observe the curatite effect in treatment of acute cerebral infarction with sodium ozagrel and danhong injection combined aspirin.Methods We selected 62 confirmed cases of carotid acute cerebral infarction and the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:In the control group there were 31 cases who were given the treatment of intravenous drip with dextran 30(Rhentran) 500mL,danhong injection 30mL dissolked in NS 250 mL,Aspirin(ASA),0.1g for 14 days,once every two days;In the trial group there were 31 cases who were given the treatment of intravenous drip of sodium ozagrel 80mg and danhong injection 30 mL dissolked in NS 250mL,ASA 0.1g for 14 days,once every two days.We judged the clinical nervous function and defect degree before and affter 14 days treatment according to the nervous defect standard(NDS) to analyse the curative effect.Results There was an apparent difference in genereal effective rate beteen the trial group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of sodium ozagrel and dan hong injection combined ASA is satisfactory without any toxic and side effect.There results suggest that sodium ozagrel and dan hong injection combined ASA is an effective and safe medicine in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
