卵巢癌组织E-cadherin及PTEN表达及其意义研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤转移相关细胞因子上皮型钙黏素(E-cadherin)及外源磷酸酶和张力蛋白同源物(PTEN)在卵巢癌组织的表达水平变化及其意义。方法收集60份卵巢癌组织及30份正常卵巢标本组织,采用SP免疫组化染色,比较E-cad-herin、PTEN在卵巢癌组织及正常卵巢组织的表达差异,并比较不同分期卵巢癌组织E-cadherin、PTEN的表达差异。结果卵巢癌组织E-cadherin、PTEN表达阳性率低于正常卵巢癌组织,Ⅲ期卵巢癌组织E-cadherin、PTEN表达阳性率低于Ⅰ期卵巢癌组织。结论卵巢癌组织E-cadherin、PTEN低表达,其可能是卵巢癌的发生及侵袭、转移的机制之一。Objective To explored the expressive change of epithelial cadherin（E-cad） and phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten（PTEN） on ovarian cancer,and investigate its clinical significance. Methods Sixty cases tissues of ovarian cancer and thirty cases tissues of normal ovary were selected and stained with immunohistochemistry way, expression of E-cad and PTEN were compared between tissues of ovarian cancer and thirty cases tissues of normal ovary,and expressive difference were analyzed in different staging. Results Expressive positive rate of E-cad and PTEN were lower in tissues of ovarian cancer than tissues of normal ovary, expressive positive rate of E-cad and PTEN were lower in tissues of ovarian cance in III slaging than in I staging. Conclusion The expression of E-cad and HEN decrease in tissues of ovarian cancer,that may be reason of genesis, invasion and metastasis.
