摘 要:《劳动合同法》颁布后对企业的劳动关系主体行为方式产生影响,但是,目前企业劳动关系仍存在一些问题。通过问卷调查方式,对大连出口企业劳动关系主体行为进行考察分析。调查发现一些企业在决策过程中不征求员工意见,一些劳动者被动加班,企业主不民主现象仍普遍存在,但是劳动者自觉意识增强。为减少劳资对抗,应采取措施积极促成劳资合作。The behavior of the principal parts of the labor relationship in the enterprises was affected by the Labor Contract Law after it was issued.But there are still some problems in the labor relationship of the enterprises.Through the sample survey,the paper investigated and analyzed the behavior of principal parts of labor relationship in the export enterprises of Dalian.It found out that some enterprises didn't solicit the opinions of personnel in the decision-making process.Some workers work overtime passively.The undemocratic deed of business owners still exists in many enterprises.But the workers have enhanced their own consciousness.In order to reduce the counteract between the labor and employer,the measures should be taken to promote the labor cooperation.
