摘　　要：目的了解微创血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法对81例高血压脑出血采用YL-1型血肿粉碎穿刺针，在CT定位下行血肿靶点穿刺，经抽吸、粉碎、冲洗、液化、引流等治疗。结果术后随访6个月，按照ADL疗效评定标准：死亡12例，Ⅰ级12例，Ⅱ级15例，Ⅲ级19例，Ⅳ级14例，Ⅴ级9例。结论采用YL-1型血肿粉碎穿刺针清除脑血肿，患者创伤小，操作简便、准确、能较快速清除血肿，降低脑内感染机会，为高血压脑出血的治疗开辟了一新的途径。Objective Understanding of minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hematoma hemorrhage patients. Methods Of 81 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with hematoma smash YL-1-type needle, hematoma in the CT positioning downstream target of the puncture, by suction, crushing, washing, liquefaction, drainage and other treatment.Results Were followed up for 6 months, in accordance with the evaluation standard ADL： 12 patients died, Ⅰ 12 cases,15 cases of grade Ⅱ, Ⅲ class in 19 cases, Ⅳ stage in 14 cases, Ⅴ9 cases. Conclusions YL-1 type with hematoma brain hematoma removal needle grinding, trauma patients, simple, accurate, and can more quickly remove the hematoma, reduces the chances of infection the brain for the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has opened up a new way.
