摘　　要：针对我国鲜莲子剥壳设备落后、效率低下、不能满足企业需求这一现象,在深入分析鲜莲子剥壳机理的基础上,设计了一种高效的莲子剥壳机。该机剥壳率高,破损率低,结构紧凑,性能稳定,可满足相关企业扩大生产的需求。In order to solve the problem that the existing lotus seeds decladding equipment is inefficient and can not meet the demand of enterprise,a new efficient lotus seeds sheller with high de-hulling rate and low broken rate was designed on the base of researching the theory of lotus seed decladding.This new sheller is compact in structure and stable in performance.And it can fill the enterprise＇s requirement of expanding production.
