摘　　要：体育教师的素质是影响课程设置、实施和课堂管理的主要因素之一。主要从体育教师基本业务能力、素质知识和结构、职业、心理学、体育教师素质与课程改革关系等方面,对有关体育教师素质研究的相关文献进行总结分析。引入了胜任特征的理论模型,指出后续的研究可构建体育教师素质胜任力模型。The paper summerizes and analyses hundreds of papers about the basic professional skills,knowledge,career,psychology and the relationship between quality and the curriculum reform of the P.E.Teachers.The paper also introduces the theoretical model of the competence feature and proposes the competence model of the P.E.teacher＇s quality.
