摘　　要：目的：探讨保乳手术配合化疗治疗早期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2006年3月～2010年5月我院收治的80例行保乳手术治疗的早期乳腺癌患者的临床资料。对两组患者术后5年生存率及生活质量评分进行比较。结果：两组患者5年生存率无明显差异（P〉O．05）；观察组患者术后5年生活质量评分明显优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论：早期乳腺癌患者，如果要求保乳治疗并且有保乳手术的指征，可保乳手术治疗，术后进行放、化疗和内分泌治疗等综合治疗，可取得较好的近期疗效和美容效果。Objective： To discuss the clinical efficacy of the new auxiliary chemotherapy combined the mutual guarantee young surgery in the treatment of breast cancer patients. Methods： Clinical data of 80 cases from March 2006 to May 2010 in our hospital were analyzed who were used routine breast-conserving surgery in patients with early breast cancer. Then the surrival rate and quality of life score after the operation 5-year were compared. Results： The 5-year survival rate of the two groups were no significant difference （P〉0.05）; the patient＇s quality of life score after 5-years was significantly bet- ter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Early breast cancer patients, breast conserving treatment if re- quired and there are indications for breast conserving surgery can breast-conserving surgery, postoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine therapy combined therapy, may achieve better efficacy and cosmetic results.
