多参数流式细胞术诊断弥漫大B淋巴瘤相关噬血细胞综合征5例并文献复习

摘　　要：目的:探讨多参数流式细胞术(FCM)诊断淋巴瘤的优势;淋巴瘤(弥漫大B型)相关噬血细胞综合征(LAHS)的临床特征、诊断标准、预后及治疗方法。方法:报告5例病例进行临床、病理、免疫表型等方面的分析并复习相关文献。结果:5例患者均由FCM诊断弥漫大B淋巴瘤,骨髓形态提示噬血现象,从而使患者得到明确诊断。结论:多参数流式细胞术(FCM)在B细胞淋巴瘤诊断及分型中具有优势,可以使淋巴瘤的诊断正确率大大提高;R-CHOPE方案治疗效果良好。Objective： To investigate the advantage of multi-parameter flow cytometry＇s diagnosis of non-hodgkin＇s lymphoma and the clinical characteristics, diagnostic criteria,prognosis and treatment of non-hodgkin＇s lymphoma （diffuse large B-cell lymphoma） complicated with hemophagocytic syndrome. Methods： Five eases were analyzed in clinic, patholo- gy and immunophenotyping and had a review of the related literature. Results： Five eases were diagnosed as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma by FCM and the bone marrow morphology indicated hemophagocytosis and hence the patients were diag- nosed definitely. Conclusion： Multi-parameter flow eytometry is advantageous in the diagnosis and typing, thus can im- prove the diagnostic accuracy of non-hodgkin＇s lymphoma. A better treatment with the therapy of R-CHOPE can be achieved.
