心理剧治疗对广泛性焦虑症患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理剧治疗对广泛性焦虑症患者生活质量的影响。方法将76例广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各38例。两组均予以米氮平系统治疗,观察组在此基础上则联合心理剧治疗,疗程均为12周。采用Hamilton焦虑量表(HAMA)及生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)分别于治疗前及治疗12周末进行评定。结果治疗12周末,观察组患者的HAMA总分及躯体性焦虑、精神性焦虑评分均显著低于对照组(t=3.30、2.33、2.88,P<0.05或P<0.01);而GQOLI-74总分及躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能3个维度评分则均显著高于对照组(t=3.78、2.79、3.11、2.20,P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论心理剧治疗不仅有助于改善广泛性焦虑症患者的焦虑症状,而且有助于提高广泛性焦虑症患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of psychodrarma therapy to quality of life of patients with generalized anxiety disorder.Methods 76 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomly divided into the observed group（38）and the controlled group（38）.They were treated with mirtazapine and the patients of the observed group were given psychodrarma therapy.The study was conducted for 12 weeks evaluated with Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA）and Generic Quality of Life Inventory（GQOLI-74）.Results The total score of HAMA,scores of physical anxiety and mental anxiety of the observed group were lower than that of the controlled group before and after the treatment（P0.05 or P0.01）,but the total score of GQOLI-74,score scores of physical function,mental function and social function of the observed group were higher than that of the controlled group before and after the treatment（P0.05 or P0.01）Conclusion Psychodrarma therapy could improve anxiety symptoms of patients with generalized anxiety disorder and higher quality of life
