度洛西汀治疗抑郁症对照研究的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的探讨度洛西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效和不良反应的差异。方法用Meta分析对9项度洛西汀与其他抗抑郁剂治疗抑郁症对照研究的文章进行再分析,并评价其合并效应量大小和综合显著性检验。结果度洛西汀治疗前后的自身对照,提示度洛西汀治疗抑郁症前后症状学变化有非常显著性差异,效应极强;度洛西汀与对照药在第2周末和治疗结束后的组间比较,提示前者起效快,且疗效优于对照药。结论度洛西汀与对照药的疗效相当,但起效快。Objective To study the difference of efficacy and side effect of duloxetine in the treatment of depression.Method 9 comparative studies of duloxetine and other antidepressants in the treatment of depression were analyzed by Meta-analysis.Results The significant difference in change of symptom before and after treatment by duloxetine was found.Comparison between duloxetine and the controlled antidepressants at 2 weeks treatment and at the end of each trial showed that duloxetine had a rapid effect on symptoms,there was significant difference between duloxetine and the controlled antidepressants with respect to the clinical efficacy.Conclusion Duloxetine has a good clinical efficacy with controlled antidepressants,with rapid treatment effect.
