中药抗颤宁治疗帕金森病60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药抗颤宁治疗帕金森病的临床疗效。方法选择帕金森患者60例,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例,治疗组给予中药抗颤宁和西药美多芭,对照组单用美多芭,疗程均为2个月,用国际统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)对两组患者用药前后症状体征进行评分;观察两组患者非运动症状,包括失眠、排便障碍、多汗、精神障碍、疲乏、不明原因疼痛、认知功能障碍等症状的发生率。结果治疗组用药前后UPDRS评分差较对照组大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组非运动症状中失眠、排便障碍、多汗、疲乏发生率与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义;精神障碍、不明原因的疼痛、认知功能障碍较对照组有所降低,但差异无统计学意义。结论中药抗颤宁可明显改善帕金森患者的运动症状,同时对于多数非运动症状如失眠、排便障碍、多汗、疲乏均有明显改善作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine kangchanning on Parkinson′s disease.Methods 60 cases of Parkinson′s disease were divided randomly into treatment group（30 cases）and control group（28 cases）.In treatment group,Chinese medicine kangchanning and madopar were administered.In control group,madopar was only administered.The duration of treatment was 2 months.The Unified Parkinson′s Disease Rating Scale（UPDRS）was used to score the symptoms and physical signs before and after medication in two groups.The incidence of non-motor symptoms of two groups were observed,including insomnia,profuse sweating,mental disturbance,fatigue,unknown pain,cognitive dysfunction,etc.Results Before and after treatment,UPDRS score was much more different in treatment group as compared with control group,indicating significant statistical difference（P0.05）.After medication,in treatment group,of non-motor symptoms,the incidences of insomnia,defecation dysfunction,profuse sweating and fatigue were different significantly in statistics as compared with control group;and those of mental disturbance,unknown pain and cognitive dysfunction decreased as compared with control group,but without significant statistical difference.Conclusion Chinese medicine kangchanning can improve apparently not only in the motor symptoms of the patients with Parkinson′s disease but also in many non-motor symptoms such as insomnia,defecation dysfunction,profuse sweating and fatigue.
