髂嵴软骨移植修复单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形

摘　　要：目的研究在单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形修复时,利用自体髂嵴软骨修复鼻畸形的临床方法。方法 9岁～12岁的单侧完全性唇裂患者,采用自体髂嵴软骨雕刻成"L"形,移植于鼻背和鼻小柱处,修复唇裂术后鼻畸形。结果 48例患者均一期痊愈出院,患侧鼻翼基部凹陷、鼻小柱偏斜、鼻尖低平等畸形得到良好的矫正。结论自体髂嵴软骨移植修复对鼻翼塌陷有良好的支持作用,可以有效地矫正唇裂术后鼻畸形。Objective To study the method of correction of secondary nasal deformity associated with unilateral？cleft lip with autologous iliac cartilage graft.Methods In patients within 9-12 years old with unilateral complete cleft lip,autologous iliac cartilage was carved into ＂L＂ shape before grafted in the nasal dorsum and columella to correct nasal deformity.Results All the 48 patients healed uneventfully,ipsilateral alar base,concave columella skew,lower-nose deformity has been well corrected.Conclusion Autologous iliac graft perform a excellent role for nasal deformity,which can correct cleft lip nasal deformity effectively.
