摘　　要：口述历史是指以录音访谈的方式搜集口传记忆及具有历史意义的个人观点。由于口述历史具有重要的史料研究价值,是地方文献和图书馆特色馆藏的重要组成部分,具有为地方文献辑佚、补遗、缀合的作用。口述历史的收集与整理工作应准备好相应的器材,确定征集主题及计划,注重访谈的氛围和知识产权保护工作,并做好口述历史资料的后期整理。Oral history refers to collect oral historical memory and personal opinions with historical importance through the way of recording and interviewing.Oral history which has important historical values,is the key part of local documents and library special collections,and has roles of reconstructing lost editions,addendum and putting together local documents.The collection and arrangement of oral history need to prepare appropriate equipments,decide subjects and plans of collection,pay attention to the interview atmosphere and intellectual property protection,and arrange related post-products.
