摘 要:针对纯电动汽车传动装置挡位数和传动比选择的问题,根据城市道路条件要求,在电机和电动汽车整备参数已定的情况下,以传动比为变量,分析传动装置挡位数确定的理论依据,初步确定满足动力性能的传动比范围。以能量利用率为优化目标,研究电动汽车传动比的优化,提出一种直观的传动比优化设计方法。应用实践表明,该方法能够为纯电动汽车设计出既满足道路行驶要求又能够达到能量利用率最优的挡位数和传动比。In connection with the problems to select the transmission number and ratio of pure electric vehicles,according to the requirements of road conditions in Chinese cities and in the case of parameters of electric drive motor and electric vehicle were set,taking the transmission ratio as a variable,the transmission ratio range which can meet the demands of power performance was defined preliminarily after the theoretical basis of the definition of transmission gear number was analyzed.Taking energy efficiency optimization as target,optimization of the transmission ratio of electric vehicles was studied and a visual optimization design method was established finally.Practical applications show that the proposed method can design the number and the transmission gear ratio for a pure electric vehicle which will meet the requests of road conditions and achieve the optimal efficiency of energy utilization.
