摘 要:大同二电厂7号机组存在设计煤种和实际燃用煤种差别较大、磨煤机惯性和延迟较大、一次风机出力不足等问题,导致机组自动发电控制(AGC)指令响应慢和稳态主蒸汽压力偏差大,达不到电网调度中心对AGC的要求,同时严重影响机组的安全性和经济性。为提高机组的响应速度,在保证机组安全的前提下,提出了机炉主控参数自适应及凝结水节流等协调控制优化策略。使机组的稳态压力偏差降低,电网考核指标Kp值有效提高,为发电企业减少了考核损失。There are some problems with No.7 unit in Datong 2nd Power Plant, such as big deviation between the design coal and actual coal, large inertia and delay of mill, insufficient output of primary fan etc., resulting in slow response of AGC instructions and large deviation of steady superheated steam pressure. These make No.7 unit can not meet the requirement of the dispatch center on AGC while seriously affect the unit safety and unit economy. To improve the unit' s response speed, the coordinated control optimization strategies, such as eondensate throttling and parameters adaptive method of key parameters in boiler and turbine were proposed under the principle of unit safety. The optimization strategies reduced the steady-state pressure deviation, improved the Kp value of network examination effectively and reduced the examining loss for power plant.
