摘  要:大学组织面临着有效变革的持续挑战。大学如何回应变革的压力已经成为一个全球性问题。大学组织变革的困境源于大学组织本身的"技术低效性",而多元目标之间的相互冲突、政府主导的强制性制度变迁分别又是大学组织变革低效的价值根源与体制根源。变革是大学组织的常态,大学作为人类设计和维护的一种文化存在形式,其组织变革走出困境的出路在于"教育家办学",教学过程的"流程再造",重构政府-大学-市场之间的关系,并最终实现学习型组织的创建和扩展。Today universities have to face continuing challenges for effective agents.How to respond to the pressure of changes in university organization has become a global problem.The inefficient dilemma of university organizational reform first originates from the university organization's low technology itself.And multiple goals conflict as well as system mandatory reform led by the government are inefficient causes and origins.The transformation is the normal state of university organization.As a form of cultural existence designed and maintained by human being,countermeasures to get out from the low efficiency dilemma should be selected,which includes university's management by special educator,teaching process reengineering,reconstructing relationship of government-university-market and creating learning organization.
