摘　　要：弱势高校群体所引发的问题,将影响到我国高等教育系统的稳定与发展。应利用关键因素评价矩阵构建弱势高校判定理论模型,有效区分不同弱势高校及其弱势程度,并在此基础上针对不同的弱势高校分别采取扶持战略、转化战略和淘汰战略,解决弱势高校的问题。The problems of disadvantaged colleges will affect stability and development of China＇s higher education system.Adopting the key factors evaluation matrix to construct the decision model of disadvantaged colleges,it＇s effective to distinguish disadvantage colleges and their disadvantaged degree.Based on the analysis,it purposes coping strategies for disadvantaged colleges,which are support strategy,transformation strategy and elimination strategy.
