摘　　要：论述了在瓶级聚酯切片生产过程中,基础切片、预结晶、结晶切片乙醛含量及催化剂的性能与瓶片中乙醛含量的相互关系,提出了通过监控循环氮气中的碳氢含量、调节氧含量和循环氮气流量控制瓶片乙醛含量的方法。This paper studies the relationships between the acetaldehyde content of amorphous chips, pre-erystallized chips, crystallized chips and performance of catalyst with the acetaldehyde content of products during bottle grade chips production. Also gives the methods of controlling acetaldehyde content by monitoring the hydrocarbon content in the nitrogen recycle, adjusting the content of oxygen and the flow of the nitrogen recycle.
