摘　　要：企业创新网络中的知识转移成为企业创新的重要推动力量,如何加快与优化网络中的知识转移是亟待解决的一个重大课题。文章根据中小企业创新网络的动态性、随机性、自适应性等复杂系统特征,采用实证的方法进行分析,针对中小企业创新网络的特点,分析中小企业创新网络中知识转移的主要影响因素,并且验证知识转移机制的关系调节效应,并对知识管理实践有重要意义。That knowledge metastasis in innovative network of enterprise shifts to becoming innovative important enterprise knowledge in driving a strength,how,to accelerating and optimizing a network more is that this waits for a key subjects solving.The article is based on medium-sized and small enterprises complicated system characteristics such as innovative network dynamic,randomness,self adaptability,adopt the demonstration method to carry out analysis,analyse the main influencing factor that knowledge changes in medium-sized and small enterprises FOAK network specifically for network characteristic of medium-sized and small enterprises FOAK,machine-made verification knowledge metastasis relation adjusts and an effect,have importance and to knowledge administration practice.
